Stairways Behavioral Health
Stairways Behavioral Health began in Erie in 1961, when a group of volunteers opened a social rehabilitation center for people returning to community life after psychiatric hospitalization. Today, the nonprofit supports people with mental health and addiction needs through treatment, rehabilitation and residential programs. Its work helps people develop the skills and support they need for everyday life, at home, at work and in their community.
As a Team Partner of the Otters, Stairways joins one of the familiar moments before every home game: the starting lineup. Its sponsorship accompanies the introduction of our players as fans get ready for the opening faceoff.
The season will also bring Stairways together with fans for We Brought Back the Red Jersey Night. Stairways presents the night’s trading-pin giveaway for the first 2,000 fans, adding a keepsake to a game celebrating a familiar part of the Otters’ look.
